Mammalian Molecular Biology Lecturer

Course Information:
PSL350H1S Mammalian Molecular Biology is a course offered by the University of Toronto. The course extends molecular biology concepts to current scientific literature in mammalian physiology, applying these principles to disease and complex behaviors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present lectures on stem cells and tissue regeneration.
- Prepare unique exam questions for midterm tests and make-up tests.
- Facilitate small group topic activities, including lectures, marking student lay summaries/critiques, and assessing student presentations.
Requirements:
- PhD in physiology or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in molecular physiology and pathophysiology research.
- Prior experience in molecular physiology and pathophysiology teaching, as well as in facilitating active learning.
Salary: $851.21 for teaching, inclusive of 4% vacation pay.
