Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Rose Building Maintenance Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Sales Performance: Assign sales workers to duties, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Customer Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operational Efficiency: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize sales performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or leadership role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
