About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shell. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: English.
