Job Title: New Business Associate

Join LanceSoft Inc as a New Business Associate and take on a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Location: This role can be based in one of our offices or fully remote, depending on your preference.

Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension and conversion to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile reports and work with financial data using strong math skills.
  • Facilitate project team meetings, provide updates to the Implementation Manager and Client Relationship Manager, and hold conference calls with other service providers.
  • Develop strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to recognize implications of issues and solutions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; 0-2 years of work experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience within the banking retirement industry.
  • Experience with Automate and/or Power BI.
  • Project management experience.

Additional Soft Skills:

  • Proven track record in service delivery with a strong customer service orientation and focus on excellence.
  • Proven planning and project management skills with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously under tight timeframes.
  • Strong organizational skills.
