About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improve decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to create meaningful data solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data warehousing solutions
  • Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with the Business Intelligence Manager to govern the BI environment and ensure data quality and integrity
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence and/or data modeling
  • Proficiency in database modeling, SQL, and data warehousing principles
  • Experience with data visualization and data storytelling tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with cloud-based business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Knowledge of SaaS business metrics and data analysis
  • Passion for understanding data and driving business outcomes
