About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our team at CANTRUST UNIVERSAL TRADE LTD as an Executive Vice President - Trade and Broadcasting. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the company's business strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the trade and broadcasting teams
    • Develop and implement business plans to achieve company objectives
    • Manage and motivate a team of senior executives and staff
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the trade and broadcasting sectors
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
    • Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trade and broadcasting teams
    • Ensure the effective management of resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the trade and broadcasting sectors
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in business development and leadership
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
