Job Title: Vice President - Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our team at Daruma Canada Trading Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our trade, broadcasting, and other services departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
