Rejoice Logistics (Canada) Inc is seeking a seasoned Operations Vice President to lead our organization's strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and coordinating the work of regions and departments. The successful candidate will also establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning. Additionally, they will represent the organization in negotiations and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization. The Operations Vice President will be responsible for selecting middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating authority, and creating optimum working conditions. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and has a permanent work term with 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
