Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Rejoice Logistics (Canada) Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations team and overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • $500,001 - $1,500,000 budgetary responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Own vehicle
Work Environment:

The Operations Vice President will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of over 20 people. The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week and will be expected to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.

Language:

The primary language of communication will be English.
