Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including tasks such as reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance to staff
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team player with excellent time management skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of over 20 people. The work will involve working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintaining accurate records.
