RhynoCare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Lion's Head area.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent, with current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and strong communication skills are also essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident plans of care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence within RhynoCare.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
