About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team at Indian Head Hospital in the General Medical Nursing Unit.

Job Description

This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will be an active participant in our model of care, which integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practices, advanced technology, and patient-family centered care.

As a valued member of our team, you will promote our organizational mission, vision, and values by providing safe, quality nursing care to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Acute care experience preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Compensation

The salary for this position is $38,580 - $50,070, based on your experience and qualifications.
