Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the restaurant.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
