Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising staff and ensuring that all employees are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and cash handling to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
