Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities' machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
- Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements
- Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 5 years or more
