We are seeking a skilled Facility Operations Manager to join our team at Hampton Inn by Hilton Kingston. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our property, including maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in facility operations or a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 44 hours per week.
