We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in managing facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze reports and statistics related to facilities and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and material requirements
  • Estimate costs and develop schedules for maintenance and repair projects
  • Direct and supervise maintenance and repair teams
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
