At Lo-Cost Auto Repairs Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to record release, coordinating office services, and assisting in the preparation of our operating budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also be responsible for assembling data, preparing reports, and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
