Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Lo-Cost Auto Repairs Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
