Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at GOGO AUTO GROUP INC.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining records, and coordinating with staff members to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases.
  • Train staff and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Supervise other workers and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
