About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support services to families and individuals, ensuring a client-centered approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of family dynamics and the challenges faced by families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing demands.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
