Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Skyliner Immigration Services inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and events
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts and agreements
- Manage training and development strategies
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries and respond to correspondence
- Oversee the preparation of reports and documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet clients and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain and manage digital databases and systems
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and reconcile accounts
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Consulting firm setting
- Permanent full-time position
- 32-40 hours per week
