About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-maintained.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing timely and accurate information.
- Process mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and word processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- College diploma or equivalent in office administration.
- 2 years of related administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competitive hourly rate of $22.08.
