About the RoleThe Manager, International Payroll will be responsible for leading the payroll operations for our international locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining accurate and timely payroll processing. This role will require strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Process payrolls for international locations, ensuring timely payment and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance teams, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Lead and support payroll process improvements, automation, and system implementation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including review and approval of payroll reports.
- Ensure compliance with local employment and tax laws, regulations, and company policies.
- 7+ years of experience in payroll administration and management, with at least 3+ years in a global or multi-country payroll management role.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
- Experience with payroll software and systems, including ADP, Ceridian, and Workday.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with online banking platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
