Technical Software Specialist

The Bloomington Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Software Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled software professional to design, develop, and implement computer-based systems that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and document user requirements to ensure that software solutions meet client needs
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions and optimize architecture
- Evaluate system performance and reliability, and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
- Execute full lifecycle software development, from planning to deployment and maintenance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
