Clinical Systems Trainer and Project Coordinator Job Description

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Clinical Systems Trainer and Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing training on clinical documentation systems, interRAI assessment tools, and other Bayshore applications.

About the Role:

The Clinical Systems Trainer and Project Coordinator will be responsible for training new and existing staff on clinical documentation systems and other Bayshore applications. They will also support project coordination of digital products, modify and configure systems as needed, develop and conduct training sessions, and create/update/communicate training schedules to ICS staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train new and existing staff on clinical documentation systems, interRAI assessment tools, and other Bayshore applications.
  • Support project coordination of digital products, including workflow management tools, patient engagement applications, Yardi, Procura, etc.
  • Modify and configure systems as needed to meet the needs of staff.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure effective learning and adoption of new systems.
  • Create/update/communicate training schedules to ICS staff to ensure timely and relevant training opportunities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a relevant field, with a current valid license as a registered nurse or registered practical nurse.
  • Experience as a regulated health professional in home care/acute care settings, with previous experience assessing patients and training/mentoring staff.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and electronic documentation systems, with experience using consumer devices, IoT, web applications, cloud computing, web conferencing software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
