Everest Clinical Research Services Inc is a leading contract research organization (CRO) providing a wide range of clinical research services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will provide ad hoc research assistant support to clinical trial project teams, assist with planning and execution of business operational projects, and manage incoming calls to the company general phone line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide research assistant support to clinical trial project teams.
  • Assist with planning and execution of business operational projects.
  • Manage incoming calls to the company general phone line.
  • Provide administrative support to senior personnel.
  • Ensure employee out-of-office and work-from-home calendars are up to date.
  • Greet and direct visitors to the office.
  • Maintain and review inventories of office supplies.
  • Prepare business card orders for new staff and title changes.
  • Update office access key trackers and inventory.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence.
  • Support office expense tracking and management activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for client visits, conferences, and employee meetings.
  • Provide IWRS support via telephone and email.
  • Perform Stage I IWRS User Acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare physical randomization envelopes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in health science, physical, or biological fields.
  • Past experience in an office administration role is an asset.
  • Education or experience must demonstrate the ability to work independently and apply data management concepts.
