We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at JUMP TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote our organization's mission and values. This will include creating engaging content for social media platforms, drafting press releases and media advisories, and preparing presentations and reports.
You will also assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Additionally, you will support the development of skills training programs for employees, including diversity and cross-cultural training.
Your expertise will be utilized to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, veterans, and mature workers. You will provide awareness training to employees to promote inclusivity and respect in the workplace.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
