Pharmacist Assistant with Community Focus

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team as an Intern-Relief Pharmacist. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a positive impact in their community and provide exceptional patient care.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, dispensing, and controlling medications accurately and timely to patients. They will also ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs and counsel patients regarding new and additional medications.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Ensure medication inventory levels are adequate to meet patient needs
- Counsel patients on medication use and potential interactions
- Participate in public health initiatives and community outreach programs
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent degree
- Class A Pharmacists license
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pharmacy systems and software
