The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commissary Dishwasher to join our team at Aritzia. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the standards of operational excellence in the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Support the preparation and service of high-quality food and beverages, working closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure the condition of our food and beverage preparation spaces are maintained to the highest standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Restock, organize, and maintain all supplies and equipment, including dishware, flatware, glassware, and cookware, to ensure optimal functionality.

The Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's values, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • A strong interest in learning and maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners, including culinary, operations, and management teams.
  • The ability to stand for the majority of the shift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed, ensuring physical stamina and adaptability.
  • A commitment to practicing WHMIS and Work Safe compliance, prioritizing employee safety and well-being.
  • Open availability Monday to Friday during Commissary's hours of operation, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

The Compensation

The typical hiring range for this position is $25.00 CAD per hour, with opportunities for growth and recognition through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
