About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Associate to join our Commissary team at Aritzia. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Service guests with an extensive product offering, including food and beverages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve operational excellence
  • Uphold Aritzia's values and business principles, including a commitment to quality and results-driven performance

Requirements

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in customer service and food safety
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's values and business principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Compensation and Benefits

The typical hiring range for this position is $20–$23 CAD per hour. Aritzia's compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, aspirational workspaces, and elevated employee perks and experiences.
