Partnerships and Events Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Partnerships and Special Events Coordinator at THEMUSEUM. This is a one-year contract position that requires a strong commitment to event best practices, customer service, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Venue Rentals and Special Events: Utilize THEMUSEUM marketing materials to sell facility rentals, coordinate events, and establish relationships with service providers.
  • Sales and Forecasting: Develop and implement sales strategies, create databases, and promote group sales and memberships.
  • Other Duties: Attend special events, business meetings, and execute events outside of regular business hours.
Requirements
  • One year community college certificate in event management or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in event execution, sales, and customer service.
