About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Hive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and building strong relationships with our existing and new partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Partnership Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership growth strategy that aligns with Hive's business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Identify and Engage High-Value Partners: Identify high-value potential partners within the live events industry and develop strategies to engage them, drive revenue growth, and expand our partner ecosystem.
  • Prioritize Key Growth Opportunities: Prioritize key growth opportunities based on market trends, partner needs, and Hive's strategic objectives.
  • Lead Partnership Lifecycle Management: Lead the partnership lifecycle management process, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing success of our partners.
  • Oversee Partnership Performance Metrics: Oversee the tracking and analysis of partnership performance metrics, guiding the team to take corrective action, identify areas of improvement, and optimize for robust revenue growth.
  • Drive Revenue Expansion and Account Growth: Drive revenue expansion and account growth through strategic partnerships, identifying and pursuing opportunities for substantial account expansion within partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure effective partner onboarding, integration, and ongoing success.
  • Develop and Implement Tailored Growth Strategies: Develop and implement tailored growth strategies for each partner, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs and objectives.
  • Lead Team Leadership and Performance Management: Lead team leadership, performance management, and talent acquisition, ensuring the Partnership team is equipped to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in partnership management or business development, with 3 years in a management role, preferably within SaaS, email marketing, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and achieving revenue growth through partnership channels, including identifying and expanding revenue opportunities with existing partners, and obtaining new partnership opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities within the market and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive partner success and achieve organizational goals.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving growth through strategic partnerships.
