Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients in the helicopter industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities and promote Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd.'s products and services.
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd.'s brand and products.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage customer databases and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Prepare and send reports, invoices, and other documents to customers as required.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Commercial Office.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
    • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service and sales performance.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as business administration or customer service.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the aerospace or helicopter industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Language:
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
