Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Airbus Helicopters Canada. As a key member of our Commercial Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members or management as needed.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Sales and Order Management:
    • Process sales orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Warranty and Claims Management:
    • Manage warranty claims, including processing and resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve warranty claims, and implement process improvements to prevent similar issues in the future.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, process efficiency, and team performance.
    • Contribute to the development of new processes, procedures, and tools to improve customer support and sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and CRM software an asset.
