Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous customer support or account management experience is required.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP) and CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
