Job Profile: Asset Protection Officer

Loblaw, a leading Canadian retailer, is seeking a skilled Asset Protection Officer to join their team. As an Asset Protection Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks as required.
  • Assess safety hazards and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety.
  • Escalate any crisis or emergency situations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to foster partnerships with store teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building relationships.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
