Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Grand Cinnamon Convention and Banquet Center. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and Clean Tables, Trays, and Chairs: Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Serve Food and Beverages: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests by serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide Customer Service: Ensure that guests have a positive dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

As a Banquet Server, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of guests. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move quickly and efficiently to meet the demands of the dining area.

Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability: Be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that guests receive exceptional service.
  • Team Player: Be able to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banquet or fine dining environment.
  • Permanent Position: Be available to work a permanent position with a regular schedule.
  • English Language: Be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
  • 40 Hours per Week: Be available to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
