About the Role:

The Banquet Server is an essential member of our Food and Beverage team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Our Banquets Department is responsible for planning, setting up, and executing events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for serving guests' needs by providing exceptional knowledge of our menu items and preparation methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with the Banquets team to plan and execute events, including setup and breakdown
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of service
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu items, preparation methods, and wine list
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of previous Banquet/Serving experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
