About the Role

The Banquet Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Our Banquets Department is involved from planning, setting up and executing events to the breakdown of the room so events happen again the next day - or even the next hour.

  • Serve guests' needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
What You Will Bring
  • A high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task.
  • A flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 1 year of previous Banquet/Serving experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language.
  • Additional language skills are a definite asset for career growth.
