Job Description

We are seeking a full-time assessor to complete specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget. The successful candidate will work on Property Condition Assessments in Toronto and surrounding areas as assigned by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project research (historical, regulatory, etc.)
  • Communication with clients and site representatives
  • Conducting site reconnaissance
  • Data compilation and organization
  • Report authoring
  • Preparation of quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.)
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager associated with report deliverable schedule and plan
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in physical sciences or engineering discipline
  • Relevant experience in environmental or engineering consulting
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation to and from project sites
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a competitive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
