Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Condition Assessor to join our team. As a Property Condition Assessor, you will be responsible for completing and finalizing project tasks according to deadlines and within budget. Your primary focus will be on conducting Property Condition Assessments in Toronto and the surrounding area as assigned by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct project research, including historical and regulatory aspects
  • Communicate effectively with clients and site representatives
  • Perform site reconnaissance and data compilation
  • Author technical reports and prepare supporting documents
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project progress and milestones are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a physical science or engineering discipline
  • Relevant experience in environmental or engineering consulting
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Canada
