About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Inclusion Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to a child in our care who requires additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of care and safety in our programs
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for children
  • Provide one-on-one support to a child in our care
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our program
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education certificate/diploma or completed university degree (an asset)
  • Previous childcare experience (an asset)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
