About the Position

We are seeking an individual who appreciates children, treats them with respect, and enjoys being with them. As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will provide 1-on-1 support to a child in our care who requires additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of care and ensure a safe and clean environment for children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at our programs.
  • Work collaboratively with children, parents, and co-workers to provide exceptional childcare programming.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure the child in your care is happy, safe, and healthy at all times.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education certificate/diploma or completed university degree is an asset.
  • Previous childcare experience is considered an asset.
  • Shares Go-Go's philosophy of treating children with respect and dignity.
