About the Position

We are seeking an individual who appreciates children, treats them with respect, and enjoys being with them. As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will provide 1-on-1 support to a child in our care who needs additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of care and safety for children in our programs
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for children to thrive
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and co-workers
  • Provide exceptional childcare programming and create a positive atmosphere for children and their families
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education certificate/diploma or completed university degree (an asset)
  • Previous childcare experience (considered an asset)
  • Shares Go-Go's philosophy of treating children with respect and dignity
