About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Inclusion Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support to children in our care who require additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of care and support for children in our programs
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for all children
  • Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our program
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education certificate/diploma or completed university degree (an asset)
  • Previous childcare experience (considered an asset)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children
