Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at AZ Quality Foods Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Establish work schedules and maintain a productive work environment
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of grocery clerks and shelf stockers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
