Regional Operations Manager

At Alpine Building Maintenance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities management services in Saskatoon and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
