As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our regional staff and operations, ensuring the successful delivery of our conservation programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve NCC's organizational objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional staff, ensuring effective team management and performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, Indigenous communities, and conservation partners
- Oversee the management of regional resources, including budgeting and financial planning
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to advance NCC's strategic priorities and goals
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a conservation or environmental organization
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and management
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of conservation principles and practices, with a strong understanding of NCC's mission and goals
- A competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $145,000 to $165,000
