V2Soft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Instructor to join our team. As a Technical Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients in the automotive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for automotive technicians and instructors
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various automotive topics
  • Assess and evaluate the knowledge and skills of trainees
  • Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to improve their performance
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in automotive technology

**Requirements**

  • College diploma and/or equivalent work experience in a technical automotive position
  • Provincial Technician's License or Interprovincial License
  • Highly competent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and well-organized with a continuous desire to learn and improve
  • Adept computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Team player with the ability to build and sustain credibility with dealer and internal teams
  • A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective team leader and collaborator

**Additional Requirements**

  • Eligibility to travel throughout Canada and a valid passport to travel to the United States for T (Train the Trainer) training
